With every trip we have free events and a few premium events that incur additional fees. Guests have the option of paying for premium events at a later date once the agenda is released and selecting the specific events they'd like.

Lodging + Services + Events Bundle

With every trip we have free events and a few premium events that incur additional fees. With this package guests have the option of paying for premium events upfront along with their installment plan, and in return will also receive a 10% discount on all events. 

All of the rooms we provide are of top quality. Our guests have the option of selecting the number of beds they would like to have in their suite.  Below you will find a breakdown of the different occupancy room options.

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY ROOM TYPE

Three guests per room. Includes two beds upon request, and a third bed if available. Also includes amenity access. 

Cost: $540

per person total.

These are base rates for rooms and other services. For our agenda events, we provide our guests with the ability to select which events they would like to participate in and pay at a later date.

Pay as you go

To make it easier for our guests, payments will be accepted through three installments paid within the next few months. The first payment represents an initial deposit that secures your spot for the trip. Once that deposit is received we will follow up with a receipt and specific details on next steps.

Not only will this money secure your spot on the trip, but it will also go towards your overall balance. This 1st installment rate will be charged monthly at the exact same rate for 3 cycles ( 3 months). The "Register" button above will allow you to complete your payment, and you will be sent an automatic receipt once payment is received. Spots on this trip are limited, and provided on a first come first serve basis. Make sure to submit your deposit as soon as you can.
